It has the ability to support up to six server compute modules, two hard disk drive options (six 3.5" SAS/SATA or fourteen SAS 2.5" hard disk drives), as well as two Ethernet Switch Modules, integrated Storage Area Network (SAN), and a management module. This Server is a flexible and powerful system for the small to midsize business. Additional Configuration Options - Suufice it to say that there are many. Each compute module can take up to 32GB of memory with 2ea quad core processors. Compute modules can be assigned seperate storage capacites at the SAN. The SAN (Storage Addressable Network disk array) is also configurable with up to 14ea 2.5" sas drives or solid state drives for even more storage online or the fastest data access speeds availale. The idea is that the server module can be configured for full redundancy with true down time at one compute (server) module truly being limited to a few minutes. Literally the time it takes to login to the sever module's remote management and point the backup compute module to the same reources and disk space used by the failed compute module, and then reboot. The computer warranty is 1 year parts and labor from date of purchase covering the repair or replacement of defective parts. The labor is free if done on the premises at Computer Guidance. If we come to your home or place of business for warranty work then there is an hourly charge for the labor portion. If you ship the product to us for repair, it is the owner's responsibility to pay the freight to and from their location. Some components have warranty beyond the 1 year. If the part is covered by the original manufacture warranty beyond the first year, then the replacement part is at no charge to the owner, however, after the first year there will be a labor charge for the repair. In no way is Computer Guidance responsible for the loss of data .
