The computer warranty is 1 year parts and labor from date of purchase covering the repair or replacement of defective parts. The labor is free if done on the premises at Computer Guidance. If we come to your home or place of business for warranty work then there is an hourly charge for the labor portion. If you ship the product to us for repair, it is the owner's responsibility to pay the freight to and from their location. Some components may have warranty beyond the 1 year. If the part is covered by the original manufacture warranty beyond the first year, then the replacement part is at no charge to the owner, however, after the first year there will be a labor charge for the repair. In no way is Computer Guidance responsible for the loss of data stored in the computer.
